The bus was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes, and there was no proper explanation or apology given to the passengers. The condition of the bus was also poor, with an unpleasant smell inside, making the journey very uncomfortable. On top of that, I had booked a single seat in advance, but they still assigned me a different seat without any proper arrangement or consideration. The staff were also unhelpful and unprofessional in handling the situation. Overall, everything was badly managed from start to finish. It felt chaotic, disrespectful to passengers, and extremely frustrating. Honestly, this was the worst and most unacceptable bus experience I have ever had in my life.
