We were travelling from Calgary to Golden, BC and they changed the bus stop without telling us. What kind of bus company changes bus stops without telling customers. Unbelievable.

I was the only passenger picked up at the last morning the Marlborough Mall stop in Calgary was used. The driver, Amed, was very friendly and we chatted as he drove to the next stop in Downtown Calga ... The driver, Amed, was very friendly and we chatted as he drove to the next stop in Downtown Calgary. The bus was clean and the air quality was good - not too hot, not too cold. The ride was smooth and the seats were comfortable. We stopped in Banff for a washroom break and then headed west. It was quite smokey from forest fires but that did not hamper the drive. Stopped in Golden for lunch and on to Salmon Arm. There I transferred to the Kelowna bus. That bus was delayed as there was heavy smoke on the Kamloops to Salmon Arm highway, but our bus waited for the Kamloops passengers. It was comforting to know passengers would not be left behind if your bus runs late. Arrived a little late to Kelowna but overall the trip was very pleasant.

The bus from London, ON to Toronto was delayed by more than 3 hours. I tried contacting customer service during the delay, waited for 30 minutes on the phone, but no one answered. Given the uncertaint ... The bus from London, ON to Toronto was delayed by more than 3 hours. I tried contacting customer service during the delay, waited for 30 minutes on the phone, but no one answered. Given the uncertainty and the impact on my schedule, I had no choice but to book a rideshare immediately to reach my destination. I contacted the company afterwards to request a refund, but I was informed that delays under 5 hours are not eligible for compensation!! Considering that the entire trip is normally expected to take only about 2.5 hours, expecting passengers to wait up to 5 hours before receiving any support or compensation is unreasonable. They have no consideration for people's times and commitments.

Bus arrived on time but got me to my destination 45mins later than scheduled as a detour was taken resulting in me missing my connecting lift. Upon complaining i copped an unapologetic response and n ... Upon complaining i copped an unapologetic response and no compensation. Also i didn't realise (fine print) snowboard bags incur a $30 fee. This made what should have been a short 1hour 20min trip cost me around $100. Far too expensive. Other companies are cheaper snd smoother. I wont be using rider express again.

Very professional and pleasant driver. I was on a bus that broke down halfway threw our trip. The driver did everything in his power to try and fix the bus issues The bus was not able to complete t ... Very professional and pleasant driver. I was on a bus that broke down halfway threw our trip. The driver did everything in his power to try and fix the bus issues The bus was not able to complete the trip but the driver was able to get us to a safe spot to meet a rescue bus. The driver Wayne went above and beyond making sure we were fully informed of the situation he drove a crippled bus to a safety spot. I truly appreciate the driver Wayne and thank him for taking care of his passengers under the circumstances that he had no control of his crippled bus.

We travelled from Vancouver to Baniff as flights were cancelled. Due to this, the buses were full and extra buses were put on. We could only get the express bus from Vancouver to Calgary that goes pas ... We travelled from Vancouver to Baniff as flights were cancelled. Due to this, the buses were full and extra buses were put on. We could only get the express bus from Vancouver to Calgary that goes past Baniff but does not stop. We arrived at Calgary at midnight and had to catch a $250 taxi from Calgary back to Banff in the middle of the night. We contacted the customer service the day before, during working hours to see if we can get off the bus as it went past Baniff and they informed me to ask the driver on the day as it is up to them so we did this and the driver said that I was the third one to ask this and the answer is NO due to the busy full bus and I said fair enough. When we approached Baniff, the driver turned off the highway and in to a motel in Baniff and dropped off one family (that had their luggage seperate ready for this). I and another family asked if we could get off here but the driver said no again. How can the driver drop one family off at Banff but would not allowed us and another family? Seems that rules can be broken for some but not others. We were very nice and asked if we could get out at Banff right from the start at Vancouver so that luggage could be seperate just like the other family but not us! This other family told me they did a 'deal' with the bus company. seems like this company takes 'brown paper bags' under the table! This company will not answer my question on this. (edited)
