Nažalost, veoma loše iskustvo sa ovim prevoznikom.
Putovale smo na relaciji Budva – Beograd. U Podgorici smo izašle do toaleta tokom pauze, za koju nije naglašeno koliko traje,zadržale smo se ne više od 5-6 minuta, a autobus je krenuo i ostavio nas, iako smo bile putnice tog autobusa. Tek nakon što su ih pozvali da se vrate, nevoljno su se vratili po nas, uz vidljivo nezadovoljstvo i neprijatan odnos i neprikladne komentare.
Pored toga, kartu smo kupile online, gde jasno piše da nije potrebno štampati je. Ipak, vozač je u početku odbijao da nas pusti u autobus jer karta nije bila odštampana. Tek kada smo mu pokazale da na samoj karti piše da štampanje nije potrebno, bez reči se okrenuo i pustio nas da uđemo, bez ikakvog izvinjenja.
Ovakav odnos prema putnicima je krajnje neprofesionalan i neprihvatljiv. Putnici zaslužuju poštovanje, ljubaznost i osnovnu odgovornost, a ne stres i neprijatnosti tokom putovanja. Nadam se da će kompanija ozbiljno poraditi na ponašanju svog osoblja kako se ovakve situacije ne bi ponavljale.

Autobus jako neudoban, vozač neljubazan i drzak!
Za put od preko 6 sati pravljena je jedna pauza i to 15-tak minuta.
Mesta za noge skoro da i nema, fale delovi na sedištima.
Ne putujte sa ovim prevozn ...

Ne putujte sa ovim prevoznikom ako imate drugu opciju.

During a 12-hour trip, we only had 2 toilet stops!!! The girls and I felt like we were being tortured. When I asked to stop for the toilet, the driver mocked me and said that I should carry a bag with me.
It is inhumane to force people to hold it for 5–6 hours without access to a toilet!
What’s even more frustrating is that when I traveled on the same bus from Belgrade to Budva, we had 5 stops during the trip. So clearly, it depends entirely on how reasonable and respectful the driver and trip coordinator are.
