Nightmare. Does not comply with schedule. Lost all reservations made. Absolutely no comunication whatsoever. Charges you for lugage while it states that its included. Ok trip but 1.5 hrs late to Sarajevo. You cannot eat on the bus which is too bad on a long trip. Especially when there is only on longer stop.
