The driver was disaster! So unfriendly and unpolite and non profesional. He is a shame for the company and they should not allow him to driver over the border because he does not know how to behave. Driver shouting, demanding that small backpacks be placed in the luggage compartment so that they can be charged. All the overhead compartments are completely empty. They are fantastic , pet friendly, drivers are professional and very kind . They've permitted me to take my little dog with me in transporter. They are the best company ever !
