Beautiful bus, clean, safe driving. However, there isn't any leg room, got home hours ago but my legs and knees still hurt because of the lack of leg room. Another thing, our bus arrived at 4am instead of 4:45am the driver couldn't enter Park Station because he doesn't have a permit we had to wait outside for thirty minutes and it was COLD. He didn't even bother to communicate that or even wait until 4:30. I was disappointed at the end of the journey.

I boarded the bus at Bosman to Giyani it was on time, the problem is that the buses allocated to Giyani are all old, Thursday the 1st October l use the intercity from Giyani to Midrand the bus was old as well, it was raining and the buses were leaking, today lm travelling back to Giyani we left the the station on time but we were mixed with people travelling to venda we were forced to wait for another bus at Petroport for more than an hour, unnecessary delay, can you please start taking people of Giyani serious and allocate a bus that is in good condition like you did when you started to advertise your business. I'm angry and disappointed, more than an hour at Petroport it's uncalled for.

This bus was horrible. Firstly they dont respect time, it arrives 1 and half hours late. It does not have a restroom for such a long haul drive. Too small. I am still having a sore knee.

The experience keep on getting worse, what made it worse this time is that the whole of South Africa was having an extremely bad cold front yet they let us travel on a bus that had no HEATHER!!!! Then the driver decided on his own that he will delay because we will get early to Pretoria mind you that person had to drop passengers via Vereeniging, Lernasia before we get to Pretoria, IN A COLD BUS!!! That was my last time traveling with any INTERCITY bus, Eagle Liner is worse with their uncomfortable seats! We took am n early bus for a reason, if we wanted to get to Pretoria late we were gonna take the 22:00 bus! You've lost yet another passenger because of your bad service!

I would give them a zero but it does not allow me to, How does the bus leave without checking if everyone is on board, secondly the staff made it about them instead of doing damage control, arguing with us and threatening that they won't find us an alternative, we literally had to beg while I bought the ticket with my own money. What happens to my luggage?

Bus just stopped for in Fochville, without anyone explaining anything to us. Communication is very poor or rather non-existent. If you want to always be late use the intercity express.

Hi, I booked a bus that was supposed to leave from Park station at 7:45. I came early, checked in early but the bus never came, the stuff did not give an explanation about the delay. They made us wait outside in this cold weather, we were told that the bus is for special and can no longer take us even though we had booked prior. The bus I booked had toilet service and now we were transferred into another bus that left at 8:38 without toilets. Bad terrible service without explanation!!!!!! Pissed off
