Bus was too Late and Very Bad Experience. Regular Stop for without any Reason again and again

Travel Date: 27 September 2026 Route: Ujjain to Aurangabad I had a very unpleasant experience with Hans Travel. During the journey, I needed to use the washroom, but the driver’s behaviour was not good and he was not supportive at all. The way the situation was handled was very disappointing. Passenger comfort and basic needs should be treated with respect. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Hans Travel.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Hans Travels. My ticket was cancelled at the last moment, which gave me the impression that the seat was being resold at a higher price. This cau ... Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Hans Travels. My ticket was cancelled at the last moment, which gave me the impression that the seat was being resold at a higher price. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and left me with very little time to make alternative arrangements. On top of that, I had paid for a single seat, but I was pressured to accept a double seat instead, despite having specifically paid for the single-seat option. Customers pay for a particular service and seat, and the company should honour what was booked and paid for. Cancelling tickets at the last moment and forcing customers to accept a different seating arrangement is unacceptable.
