لا أنصح بالتعامل مع شركة Go Bus . للأسف، Go Bus كانت شركة كبيرة ولها اسم وسمعة قوية في السوق، لكن مستوى التعامل مع العملاء أصبح غير مقبول تمامًا. الشركة تحتاج بشكل عاجل إلى مراجعة طريقة اختيار وتدريب ... لا أنصح بالتعامل مع شركة Go Bus . للأسف، Go Bus كانت شركة كبيرة ولها اسم وسمعة قوية في السوق، لكن مستوى التعامل مع العملاء أصبح غير مقبول تمامًا. الشركة تحتاج بشكل عاجل إلى مراجعة طريقة اختيار وتدريب الموظفين، لأن بعض العاملين يفتقدون أبسط معايير التعامل الاحترافي مع العملاء، والتعامل أحيانًا يكون بطريقة غير لائقة، سواء مع العملاء المصريين أو حتى العملاء الأجانب. كذلك هناك شعور واضح بأن بعض الخدمات أو الإجراءات يتم التعامل معها وكأنها فرصة لطلب مبالغ إضافية من العميل، حتى في مواقف لا تستدعي ذلك، وهو أمر يترك انطباعًا سيئًا جدًا عن الشركة، خصوصًا عند التعامل مع العملاء الأجانب. والأسوأ من ذلك هو عدم وجود مسؤول واضح يمكن للعميل الوصول إليه عند حدوث مشكلة. خدمة العملاء نفسها غير مؤهلة بالشكل الكافي، ولا يبدو أن لديهم الصلاحية أو القدرة على حل المشكلات بشكل فعلي أو إنصاف العميل. Go Bus كانت شركة كبيرة ولديها اسم معروف، ولذلك من المؤسف جدًا أن يصل مستوى خدمة العملاء والتعامل بهذا الشكل. أتمنى من الإدارة أن تراجع سياساتها، وتدريب موظفيها، ونظام الشكاوى وخدمة العملاء قبل أن تخسر ثقة عملائها وسمعتها. تجربتي كانت سيئة جدًا، ولا أنصح بالتعامل مع الشركة قبل أن يتم تحسين مستوى الخدمة والتعامل مع العملاء بشكل واضح. I do not recommend dealing with Go Bus at all. Unfortunately, Go Bus used to be a major company with a strong name and reputation in the market, but the level of customer service and treatment has become completely unacceptable. The company seriously needs to review its staff selection and training, as some employees clearly lack basic customer-service and professional communication skills. The attitude can be extremely unpleasant, whether dealing with local customers or even foreign customers. There is also a strong impression that customers are sometimes asked to pay additional amounts for different services or procedures, even in situations where such charges do not seem justified. I have booked Aero first class which considered as the best class they have, chairs where not functional as should, wasn’t clean and also pillows where missing on most of the chairs, toilet smells hor ... I have booked Aero first class which considered as the best class they have, chairs where not functional as should, wasn’t clean and also pillows where missing on most of the chairs, toilet smells horrible and was easy to smell outside as my chair was facing the toilet, screens are very poor abd lagging and audio wasn’t working however 1200 per chair should and water is leaking from AC, i recorded all of this by videos and photos

The staff at bus station are terribly rude. We choose Go Bus for all our long trips ( 10 hours or so..) after taking money from us they don't like their customer to stay in their office for waiting. ... No washroom facility, No wifi We had the same experience at Sharam-El-Sheikh, Cairo and then in Luxor. On top of that, my co passenger's Go-pro got stolen in the bus. What a pethetic experience.

المعاملة سيئة جدا والمواظفين غير محترفين ويتعاملو مع الناس باسلوب غير محترم بالمرة والشركة دايما مش بتدي الحق للعميل بل بيعملو للي عاوزينو حتي لو غلطانين الباص عمره مع جه ف معاده ومشاكل مع الناس كثيرة ... المعاملة سيئة جدا والمواظفين غير محترفين ويتعاملو مع الناس باسلوب غير محترم بالمرة والشركة دايما مش بتدي الحق للعميل بل بيعملو للي عاوزينو حتي لو غلطانين الباص عمره مع جه ف معاده ومشاكل مع الناس كثيرة جدا سواء شنط او حجوزات وهما بيكونو غلطانين ومش بيغلطو نفسهم ابدا
