The service was extremely disappointing and unacceptable - 7 September 2026, Monday 2:30pm original departure time.
The original departure location was stated as Berjaya Times Square. However, just one day before departure, the bus operator informed me that I had to board the bus at LaLaport Bus Station instead.
On the day of departure, the bus was one hour late, with no explanation or update provided by the operator. As a bus operator, the scheduled departure time should be adhered to, or passengers should at least be informed promptly of any delays.
Furthermore, the driver did not alight us at the designated destination drop-off point (Boon Lay) stated on our bus tickets. We were dropped off at a different location and had to make an additional trip back to the correct drop-off point, causing further inconvenience, wasted time, and additional travel expenses.
This level of service is really ridiculous and unacceptable. I hope the operator will take this feedback seriously and improve its punctuality, communication, and adherence to the stated departure and drop-off locations. Passengers should not have to bear the inconvenience caused by poor planning and service.
