The service is very poor the bus was supposed be to depart at 18:55 it only arrived by half 9pm. They didn’t even notify us that it would be delayed we waited in the cold because they sent us outside ... The service is very poor the bus was supposed be to depart at 18:55 it only arrived by half 9pm. They didn’t even notify us that it would be delayed we waited in the cold because they sent us outside the park station as if the bus was coming we spent hours outside. When it arrived there was no space to carry all the passengers. I wouldn’t recommend this bus it doesn’t even deserve 1 star

We have been waiting for the bus that was supposed to leave Park Station at 19h00. The bus arrived after 21h00. No one updated us about the whereabouts of the bus. To people who are still willing to book this bus I suggest that you choose other buses not this nonsense.

How Delta Coach is still operating and in business with all these one star reviews is worrying. How they don't seem to improve or desire to better themselves is more concerning. How they don't seem to improve or desire to better themselves is more concerning. What should have been a 24 hour trip at at most, turned to over 30 hours of travelling. This includes 12 hours of being stranded in the middle of the Cape Karoo due to the state of the bus that could have harmed customers (without food, water or bathroom facilities) , 6 plus hour delay, and 5 bus changes due to lack of permits and road safe vehicles. What a shame. First and last time booking with them and would advise against anyone booking with them.

I regret using this bus service,we were travelliing with kids,and we faced lateness of bus,lack of communication, then given the wrong bus which travelled a few KM then just parked of 6-7hrs for no r ... I regret using this bus service,we were travelliing with kids,and we faced lateness of bus,lack of communication, then given the wrong bus which travelled a few KM then just parked of 6-7hrs for no reason,they hired a bus for us in bad shape then refused to pay them thats why we wer parked there ,then we call Delta noone answers,we then get in contact with Manager who advised us he didnt know anything about it and would sort out something . These people do not care. what was supposed to be a 13hour trip ended up being a 26hr trip...Worse off we were dropped in Joburg instead of Pretoria what i booked for . Worst bus ever..

Delta bus that was meant to leave from Cape Town to Pretoria @18h00 did not pitch , i arrived at the station at 17h00 @around 17h30 two Delta buses arrived only to find out people who bought tickets f ... Delta bus that was meant to leave from Cape Town to Pretoria @18h00 did not pitch , i arrived at the station at 17h00 @around 17h30 two Delta buses arrived only to find out people who bought tickets for a Delta bus that was meant to leave Cape Town to Pretoria at 16h00 were still there,mind you the time was already 18h00 they took them and left us those who were meant to leave @ 18h00 stranded at the station be warned never book a Delta bus.This is Sunday 3rd of May 2026.

My ticket it was from 13:00 on the 02 April 2026 , when I arrive at the station in Johannesburg the lady told me that the ticket from 13:00 is cancelled to 19:00pm and I didn't receive any SMS or emai ... My ticket it was from 13:00 on the 02 April 2026 , when I arrive at the station in Johannesburg the lady told me that the ticket from 13:00 is cancelled to 19:00pm and I didn't receive any SMS or email,so I had to wait for 6hours there at the station,then 19:00pm the bus arrives and we went in we drove from like an hour after that the bus broke 😭😩 we had to wait for another bus ,the new be us came to us around 07:00 am in the morning which is now 03April 2026....we drove for hours and the time Now is 21:10 still I haven't arrived at home yet ,we still driving...... with all due respect I didn't like the service here please guys try to do things better....thank u.
