I can't believe this bus so expensive yet it has poor service dirty toilets and smelling all the way from Johannesburg yo Capetown what a disaster I regret my self No power outlet dirty bus poor hygie ... The bus was 4 and a half hours late friday evening.The bus was very dirty and uncomfortable.The windows rattles the whole trip from Cape Town to Johannesburg.The aircon dont work the ohine charging un ... The service is very bad I will never use this bus again and neither will I recommend it to anybody ever...

Hi My issue today was that I had gone to check in for the delta bus in East London near the train station when our bags were weight the was a R30 fee that had to be payed I gave the lady R100 and I wa ... Hi My issue today was that I had gone to check in for the delta bus in East London near the train station when our bags were weight the was a R30 fee that had to be payed I gave the lady R100 and I was awaiting my change she said to me she will bring it to the bus she never did I then spoke to the driver before departing he just ignored me so I don’t have my change and the ticket/slip for the luggage together with my R70 change I will need my money back as soon as possible i unfortunately do not have the lady’s name but I need to be paid

The bus 🚌 is 30 minutes from departure location, and after Beaufort west we transfered to another bus.Then in Komani again transfered to the 3rd bus, which takes 3 hours waiting for its arrival from ... The bus 🚌 is 30 minutes from departure location, and after Beaufort west we transfered to another bus.Then in Komani again transfered to the 3rd bus, which takes 3 hours waiting for its arrival from Gauteng. My arrival time on the ticket 🎟 its 09H25 and the time now is 13H30 and we still on the in King Williams Town.

The service is very poor the bus was supposed be to depart at 18:55 it only arrived by half 9pm. They didn’t even notify us that it would be delayed we waited in the cold because they sent us outside ... The service is very poor the bus was supposed be to depart at 18:55 it only arrived by half 9pm. They didn’t even notify us that it would be delayed we waited in the cold because they sent us outside the park station as if the bus was coming we spent hours outside. When it arrived there was no space to carry all the passengers. I wouldn’t recommend this bus it doesn’t even deserve 1 star

We have been waiting for the bus that was supposed to leave Park Station at 19h00. The bus arrived after 21h00. No one updated us about the whereabouts of the bus. To people who are still willing to book this bus I suggest that you choose other buses not this nonsense.

How Delta Coach is still operating and in business with all these one star reviews is worrying. How they don't seem to improve or desire to better themselves is more concerning. What should have been ... How Delta Coach is still operating and in business with all these one star reviews is worrying. How they don't seem to improve or desire to better themselves is more concerning. What should have been a 24 hour trip at at most, turned to over 30 hours of travelling. This includes 12 hours of being stranded in the middle of the Cape Karoo due to the state of the bus that could have harmed customers (without food, water or bathroom facilities) , 6 plus hour delay, and 5 bus changes due to lack of permits and road safe vehicles. What a shame. First and last time booking with them and would advise against anyone booking with them.
