I am disgusted by the entire city to city entity Firstly theres just no accountability from any of them from service providers Shoprite ,bus drivers and worse the customer care office Numbers don’ ... I am disgusted by the entire city to city entity Firstly theres just no accountability from any of them from service providers Shoprite ,bus drivers and worse the customer care office Numbers don’t work ,Service providers assist(not even to print tickets 😡. There is reservation tickets provided when you purchase that provides pick and drop off locations that doesn’t exits. To management please work on your systems as it is as poor and distasteful as your service

I will never purchase a ticket from City to city no matter how cheap. My ticket got cancelled without any notification and no explanation whatsoever. I almost missed my doctor's appointment due to th ... I will never purchase a ticket from City to city no matter how cheap. Missed 2 days of work due to refund delay. City to city, please refund me.

Your service is VERY poor the bus broke down around 01:00 we were waiting for another bus to pick us or mechanic to fix the problem but none of that happed seen yesterday till today more 7 hours waiti ... My bus was supposed to be 22:40 and it arrive 00:20 the was a smell on the season I had to spray perfume they have to clean the bus or renivate the bus I had to be at work the next day but the one thi ... The driver was very rude...asking why are we carrying so much bags because now the bus is full there is no space.we have sit with our bags next to us.bus was late and dirty.please improve customer ser ... I am utterly disgusted and devastated by the service from this company. The bus got stuck for 12 hours straight in Rouxville. We were stranded for that long at an old total energies garage. No comm ... I am utterly disgusted and devastated by the service from this company. The bus got stuck for 12 hours straight in Rouxville. We were stranded for that long at an old total energies garage. No communication from the company to at least apologize for inconvenience, no communication back from email I wrote to both the company city to city and customer care. I have never experienced such a long delay of 12 hours, as a result I missed on a whole day of what I was traveling for. For that I demand a full refund. I have to make my way back to Johannesburg after a redundant trip with City to City. This is me writing still on the road and it has been exactly 27hours 7 minutes. Yours sincerely A very concerned passenger. Food and water were provided
