This driver drive is super slow and every station at Muar will stop let the customer to going down it’s this bus express or like a normal bus with each bus stop for stop.When fetch time also all the customer on times to going up already still waste the times to wait don’t know wait for what.This is first time I buy this ticket for going to Muar but very disappointed can’t estimate my place on times,before I buy to going Tangkak is very punctual and very good no stop people even thought customer request.Thanks

Kali pertama saya menaiki bas ini, sikap pemeriksa tiket sangat buruk. Dia bertanya apa yang ada di dalam beg galas saya. Saya menjawab bahawa hanya pakaian, tetapi dia tetap menyuruh saya membuka beg ... Kali pertama saya menaiki bas ini, sikap pemeriksa tiket sangat buruk. Dia bertanya apa yang ada di dalam beg galas saya. Saya menjawab bahawa hanya pakaian, tetapi dia tetap menyuruh saya membuka beg itu di atas lantai untuk diperiksa. Saya berasa sangat tidak selesa dengan layanan tersebut. Kali kedua saya menaiki bas ini, pemandu merokok ketika sedang memandu. Asap rokok memenuhi seluruh bas sehingga sukar untuk bernafas dan sangat menjejaskan keselesaan penumpang. Kali ketiga saya menaiki bas ini, saya diberitahu bahawa beg galas saya tidak dibenarkan dibawa naik ke dalam bas. Jika beg yang mengandungi makanan tidak dibenarkan, saya boleh memahaminya. Namun, beg yang sama pernah dibenarkan semasa perjalanan pertama saya. Kali ini pula tidak dibenarkan. Lebih mengecewakan, pemeriksa tiket tersebut adalah orang yang sama seperti kali pertama, dan sikapnya masih sangat kasar serta tidak profesional. Saya berpendapat bahawa penguatkuasaan peraturan tidak konsisten dan layanan terhadap penumpang amat mengecewakan. First trip: The ticket inspector had a very rude attitude. He asked what was inside my backpack, and I told him it only contained clothes. Despite this, he insisted that I place my backpack on the ground and open it for inspection in front of everyone. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. Second trip: The driver was smoking while driving. The entire bus was filled with cigarette smoke, making it difficult to breathe and creating a very unpleasant environment for passengers. Third trip: I was told that my backpack was not allowed on the bus. I can understand if bags containing food are prohibited. However, this was the exact same backpack that I was allowed to bring on board during my first trip. The ticket inspector was the same person I encountered the first time, and his attitude was once again extremely rude and unprofessional. I am disappointed by the inconsistent enforcement of the rules and the unacceptable attitude of the staff. I hope your com

bas saya dapat 9.30 . tapi saya sampai 9.30 . bas dah gerak awal sebelum 9.30 kemudian ticket saya burn macam tu je .

Rude driver. Unfriendly driver. The air conditioning is poor quality. Hot and humid inside the bus. Can't sleep peacefully.
